Overnight Protein Oats

The best/ easiest snack to bring on the go or when running out in the morning for breakfast! I love having my oats prepared so that when I'm in a rush, I can always have one of my oatmeal preps instead of an unhealthy snack. I've seen so many different recipes for overnight oats over the years that were great, so I took what I liked best from each one and that's what I've been making ever since. You can easily adjust the recipe to add different fruits, nuts, or other toppings you may like instead. Hope you enjoy!

I make mine in a 4oz Mason Jar.

1/2 cup of oats (gluten free or regular)

1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond milk

2 Tbs of protein powder- I prefer chocolate

1 tsp of chia seeds

Dash of cinnamon

1 tsp of honey (optional)

Top with Blueberries and chopped Almonds
